Customer is logged in the Customer Center and when customer logs a case or edits a case error It appears that the URL for this page got cut off or garbled in your mail client… is seen after pressing submit.
The redirected URL is set under Setup > Support > Support Preferences > External Tab > External Case Form Redirect URL. By default this is blank but once it is edited or a value is placed then field becomes Mandatory.
Default URL will the the list of cases of the customer, once changed it is either the URL is not valid. To change this back to the case list set the value of the External Case Form Redirect URL to :
https://system.netsuite.com/app/crm/support/caselist.nl
Note: Edit the URL based on Data Center used.
