Invoices Imported Through CSV are not Calculated with a Tax Amount When Customer is Using Avatax

If customers will be performing CSV imports and scripts are deployed on forms  for the type of transactions that the customers will be importing (e.g. Avatax scripts on Invoices),  make sure that the  "Run Server SuiteScript and Trigger Workflows" checkbox is marked under Setup > Import/Export > CSV Import Preferences.
