Inactive Sales Rep still Displays in Sales Report

When running reports for past time frames (ex: Sales by Sales Rep Report ) we still show data for Sales Reps who are no longer active. The reason for this is to preserve historical data on the reports since during that time, the employee is still active and the transactions are valid.
