How to credit the expense account of a non-inventory item for resale when you build an assembly item where it is a component.

Transactions > Inventory > Build Assemblies > How to credit the expense account of a non-inventory item for resale when you build an assembly item where it is a component.

 

Crediting the expense account of the non-inventory item for resale will add the amount as a part of the cost of the assembly build item. 

 

Make sure to enter a purchase price in the Purchasing Tab of the non-inventory item for resale. This amount is going to be credited against the expense account of the item in the GL Impact of the assembly build transaction.
