User is setup for WSDK site and unable to add any items to cart.
User get the error message Invalid item reference key and the URLs for querying items shows a blank screen instead of listing all the items.
The error message show in spite of the following active settings:
- Setup > Company > Enable Features > Web Presence > External Catalog Site (WSDK) = True
- Setup > Site Builder > Setup Website > Setup Tab > WSDK = True
- Items are marked to Display in Website with Price
Resolution:
Check if the account is a OneWorld type as items are assigned to specific Subsidiary. Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Setup tab > ensure that the default Subsidiary is selected and set to Online.
