Edit Vendor/Customer Record to Make It An Intercompany Entity > Represent Subsidiary appears as an Inline Text (greyed out)

Scenario:

·        User is unable to edit Vendor/Customer recordto make it an intercompany entity

Represent Subsidiary appears as an Inline Text

 

 

Findings:

·        User will not be able to edit a vendor/customerrecord if transactions are already associated with that entity

 

Solution:

·        User will need to create a new entity record andset that as an intercompany entity instead
