Default Checked Option is Enabled for Auto Apply field from Credit Memo form but entering New Credit Memo still shows Auto Apply = F

• The Auto Apply  has always been a sticky feature and will remain the same even with the presence of the Default checked option. If a user previously entered a credit memo with Auto Apply = F, then the next credit memo will still have Auto Apply = F, regardless if Default checked is enabled.
• The Default Checked option is only applicable for new users who haven't entered credit memos yet but the moment they enter a credit memo, whatever they have set as Auto Apply will reflect on next credit memo.
