Create Support Case out of an Email Reply from an Emailed Transaction


1. As Administrator copy the NetSuite Support Address by navigating to Setup Support > Support Preferences > Inbound Email tab.

2. Paste it in the From Email Address field under Home > Set Preferences > General tab.

3. Navigate to Setup > Company > Email Preferences.

4. In the Transactions section FROM ADDRESS FOR EMAILED FORMS field, choose User Email Address.
