Create a Menu that will Open a Specific Custom Customer Form aside from the Role Default Customer Form

A.Customize the customer form:

1.Navigate to Customization > FormsEntry Forms.

2.Customize the Standard Customer Form.

3.Provide the Name and enable/disable the Subtab/Fields under Subtabs/Fields tab.

4.Click Save.

5.Click the custom customer form Name and copy the form URL, paste it in a notepad.

 

B.Create a custom center link:

1.Navigate to Customization > Centers and TabsCenter Links.

2.     Provide the Label and paste the custom customer form URL.

3.     Click Save.

C.Create custom center tab:

1.Navigate to Customization Centers and Tabs > Center Tabs > New.

2.     Provide the Name.

3.     Select the Center.

4.     Provide the Category Name under Content > Categories.

5.     Click Save.

6.     Click Edit link under Content > Categories subtab

7.     Under Values tab > Link column select from the dropdown the custom center link created in stepB

8.     Provide the Label

9.     Click Save.
 

Note: Please make sure to sign out, clear cache & sign back in.
