Campaign > Email Template > RTE > Insert link > copy URL of File Cabinet Document>Page could not be displayed on the email link

In order to correct the Page cannot be displayed error when embedding a file document link in email campaigns, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Lists > Marketing > Marketing Campaigns > Email Template > New
2. Under the Events tab > Email subtab > select a Template > click New
3. Under the Template tab, select Text Editor
4. Make sure that Formatted Edit Mode is selected
5. Choose Insert Link
6. Enter the file cabinet document's URL
7. Click again the HTML mode
8. Replace the HTML syntax created by the Insert Link feature with <A href={URL}>
