Bulk Merge History Missing on Customer Record

Scenario:
Unable to find the Bulk Merge tab on Customer record.


Solution:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.
2. Click on Edit on the preferred customer form.
3. Navigate to Lists > Communication subtab.
4. Put a check mark on the show box for Bulk Merge.
5. Hit Save.
6. Re-open the customer record then navigate to Communication tab > Bulk Merge subtab.


All Email Bulk Merges should appear on the Customer record.
