This happens when:
1) The EFT Custom Role has no permission to Record Type - Entity Bank Details
and/or
2) The Access Type in the Entity Bank Details record is not set to Use Permission List
To resolve:
1. Log in as the Administrator
2. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Record Type
3. Click Entity Bank Details
4. Make sure that the Access Type is set to Use Permission List
5. Click Permissions tab > Make sure that the Custom EFT Role has given access to Entity Bank Details (Access Level = choose any except for None)
6. Save
