Avoid Unexpected Error when Setting Up Product Reviews

When setting up the Product Review and an unexpected error is encountered.

Steps on setting up the product review:

a. Click on Product Review
b. Click the Online Forms tab
c. Click on the Product Review link on the Online Forms tab.
d. Click the External tab on the form and copy the Publishable Form URL and close that window.
e. Click Edit then click the Set Up Work flow tab and change the Redirect to URL. Click Save.

An alert pops up You cannot submit this form due to an unexpected error. 

To resolve this, Marketing Automation should be enabled.

Steps to Enable Marketing Automation:

a. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features > CRM Tab
b. Enable Marketing Automation and Save
