Arrange Entity fields on Customer portlet that comes up when clicking the View Dashboard icon on Customer record

Scenario:

If users click the View Dashboard icon from the Customer Record, user is redirected to a portlet showing the customer information. User would like to arrange the order of the fields from this view.

Solution:

Customize the Dashboard Customer Form:

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.
2. Locate Dashboard Customer Form > click Customize.

3. On the Name field, enter a new name for Dashboard Customer Form.
4. Mark Form Is Preferred check box.
5. Click Fields tab and arrange the order of the fields as necessary.
6. Click Save.

User should be able to see the new order of fields when user clicks View Dashboard icon from the Customer Record.
