After creating a new custom record, clicking on List or New record returns a permission violation error. Access Type= Require Custom Record Entries Permission.  

Solution:

Login / logout, clear browser cache and cookies, refresh the page whenever there are modifications done in the account. You should be able to create a new custom record or list existing ones. Reason: We want to use the browser cache whenever possible because it speeds up the application. We do our best to invalidate pages when things change but it is pretty tricky to get that 100% right which is why after certain changes it is necessary to log out/log back in or reload cache.
