User created a Contact Saved Search. In the Results tab > Columns subtab, user added Case Fields : Number. When viewing the result of the search and user clicks on the Case Number field, the Contact record opens instead of the case record.
To resolve this, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches.
2. Edit the search.
3. In the Results tab > Column subtab, add Formula (Text).
4. In the Formula field, use:
5. Click Save & Run.
The link returns the Case# with Case Subject (Title).
