A User with Reconcile Permission Receives Permission Violation Error When Clicking Find Charge Link from Online Banking Statement Page

Scenario:

• User's role has Reconcile permission set to Full
• When the user navigates to Transactions > Bank > Online Banking Statement and clicks the Find Charge link, this error appears:
  Permission Violation: You need a higher level of the 'Transactions > Reconcile' permission to access this page.
  

Rationale:

This has been reported as Issue 178498. The Permission Violation error is unable to determine the accurate permission missing from the role to access the Find Matching Transactions page. 

To access this page, the Find Matching Online Banking Statement permission must be added to the user's role.

1.    As Administrator navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.

2.    Edit the role.

3.    Under  Permissions tab > Transactions subtab, add the Find Matching Online Banking Statement. Set Level to Edit (at least).

4.    Click Save.
