XML parsing error in opening merged PDF

User ran a PDF merge on the customer records but received a pop up message "XML parsing error" when the PDF file was opened. Please see solution below:

1. Create a PDF template via Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0.
2. Save PDF as PDFmerge.
3. Navigate to Documents > Templates > PDF Templates > New.
4. Upload PDFmerge template.
5. Save as PDFmerge.
6. Go to any customer record Communication > Messages.
7. Click PDF.
8. Navigate to Template > choose  PDFmerge template.
9. Fill in the necessary information.
10. Click merge.
11. Open the PDF file.
12. Notice message "XML parsing error" is generated.

Note: NetSuite supports Adobe® Acrobat's Form Tool. Recreate the template using Adobe Pro version instead of Adobe Lifecycle.
