1. Navigate to List > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Click on Customer link
3. Enter the following:
- Search Title: Enter a name for the search, if you want to change the default
- Click on Criteria tab > Standard subtab
- On Filter column, add Web Lead and Description column select True/yes
5. Click on the Email tab, set Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated = T
6. Click on the Recipients from Results sub tab and add Email
7. Click on Customize message tab
- In From field, Enter optional text to appear in the From field of alerts. The format is "Name"<email address>. (i.e. "Netsuite"<testing@netsuite.com> )
- In Subject field, Enter optional text to appear in the Subject field of alerts
- In the Message field, Enter custom Message: (Example: Thank you! you have successfully registered in our web site)
- Summarized Results, select Send within Message
- Include View Record Link is disabled
