UK Account>UPS Integration>Shipping Labels>User is printing a UPS label for a customer that uses international characters, when the label print it shows up as a '?' (Example: Å, Ä, Ö and ü)

Solution:

UPS does not support these Characters. The UPS Developer APIs currently support English with the ISO/IEC 8859-1 or Latin Alphabet No. 1 character set. The use of a diaeresis or umlaut may cause the API to return errors. The workaround provided is to use regular characters {Example U for 'ü' (U with two dots)}
