Timeframe for Customer to Expect Mmail from Metavante to Notify of the Returned Check for a Payee

1. Time frame for email notification for returned check is after 3 business days after the check was returned to Metavante.

Example:
-- Bill payment was processed and approved May 15, 2013
Metavante receives the returned check on June 5, 2013 (Wednesday)

-- Notification will be sent by Metavante to the customer by June 10, 2013 to June 12, 2013 (3-5 business days after the returned check was received)

2. Email notification will be sent by Metavante's Credit Return Department to the customer informing that the check was returned due to payee's wrong address
