System is generating an unexpected error upon clicking on “Make Copy” in an inventory item record

The reason why the system is generating an unexpected error is because the Display Type of the Costing Method field under Fields tab > Basic subtab of the custom inventory form is set to Inline text. Hence, changing this to Normal will allow users to use the Make Copy feature without receiving unexpected error.

To perform this, users need to:

1. Click Edit button in the Inventory Item record, then mouse over the Customize link and click Customize Form. In the Custom Entry Form screen, navigate to Fields tab > Basic subtab. Change the Display Type of Costing Method Label from Inline Text to Normal.
