Source of Account Search Balance in OneWorld

Account balance is the total of all transactions regardless of the its currency (Amount (Foreign Currency))

Ex:

British pound = 100

USD = 200

Canadian dollar = 500

Account search balance total = 800

To validate this:

1. Create a transaction search

---Navigate to Lists> Search> Saved Searches> New> Transaction

---On the Criteria tab> select Account is XXX

---Posting is Yes

2. On the Results tab:

---Mark the show total as Yes

---Add amount (Foreign Currency) - This is the amount on the account search

---Add amount - this is the amount translated in the Consolidated exchange rate.

---Make sure that the Consolidated Exchange rate is set to Per-Account

3. Click Preview
