Saved search that will result to customers with no orders placed for a specific timeframe like 45 days and no phonecalls/emails initiated to the customer

To create a Saved Search that shows Customers with no orders placed for a certain period, please refer to the steps below:

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.

2. Choose Customer as the Search Type.

3. Under the Criteria tab, Standard subtab, add the following filters:

Transaction fields, then choose Type is Sales Order

Inactive is False

Call fields, then choose Date Completed is "not on or after", relative, 45 days ago

Messages fields, then choose Date is "not on or after", relative, 45 days ago

4. Under the Criteria tab, Summary sub-tab, set the following filter:

Summary Type is Maximum

Field is Transaction fields, then choose Date, Description is before, 45 days ago

5. Under the Results tab, set the following fields:

Name (Summary Type = Group)

Transaction fields, then choose Date (Summary Type = Maximum, Custom Label = Last Order Date)

Call fields, then choose Date Completed (Summary Type = Maximum, Custom Label = Last Call Date)

Messages fields, then choose Date (Summary Type = Maximum, Custom Label = Last Email Date)

6. Assign a search title.

7. Click on Save and Run.
