Please enter value for (on line 1) error message when billing a sales order using a custom role

Test the same steps using an Administrator role and you will not get an error. This is because the non-Administrator role does not have any invoice forms set as enabled. To fix, the role has to be edited > check the invoice form, as set in the Administrator role, as enabled. (Note that, normally, the fix could only be done by the Administrator.)
