Inactive Locations are Still Showing in New Transactions for Specific Users


1. Edit the Employee record of the affected user under Lists>Employee>Employees.

2. Under Info tab, check if the inactive location is selected from the Location field.

Note: The selected location in the Location field will be the default location on transactions every time the user logs in, even if the location is set to Inactive.
