Inactive Custom Return Authorization Form is Used when Users Authorize Return from Sales Orders

 

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.
2. Edit the preferred sales order transaction form.
3. Navigate to the Linked Forms tab.
4. Remove the inactive return authorization form and select the preferred form.
5. Save.
