Inactive Custom Item Receipt Form Defaults when the Users Click the Receive Button in the Return Authorization

 

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms.
2. Edit the Preferred Return Authorization transaction form.
3. Click the Linked Forms tab.
4. Remove the inactive custom Item Receipt form and select the preferred form.
5. Save.
