Fixed Assets > Reports > Depreciation Schedule or Asset Register > Status: Failed > Code: INVALID_KEY_OR_REF > Details: Invalid folder reference key XX

This error occurs when the Internal Id of the Fixed Asset Register Reports folder has not been entered or an incorrect Internal Id was entered on the Folder to use for reporting (internal id) field.

1. Navigate to Fixed Assets > Setup > System Setup.

2. Enter the Internal Id of Fixed Asset Register Reports folder on the Folder to use for reporting (internal id) field.

3. Click Save.

 

To check on the internal ID of the Fixed Asset Register Reports folder in your NetSuite account:

1. Navigate to Documents > Files > File Cabinet.

2. Click the SuiteBundles folder.

3. Click Bundle 223173 folder. (Note: This is for FAM 18.1 Bundle but internal ID may change after upgrade)

4. Take note of the Internal Id of the SRC folder with the Lock icon.

 

Note: To display internal IDs, check the Show Internal IDs box under the General subtab of Home > Set Preferences.
