1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > CRM Fields > New.
2. Enter Job Title for Label.
3. Set Type to Free-Form Text.
4. Unmark the Store Value checkbox.
5. Under Applies To tab, mark the Phone Call checkbox.
6. Under Display tab, select Related Records for Subtab.
7. Under Sourcing & Filtering tab, set the following:
