Deleting the Entry in the Child Of field does not Save the Change

To unlink the Parent from the Child customer:

1. Pull up the Child Customer record.

2. On Edit mode > highlight the entered Parent Name.

3. Hit the Delete button on the keyboard.

4. Click on the drop down list icon of the Child Of field > choose List.

5. Once the pop up box appears > click on the X button to close the box.

6. Save.
