1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches> New
2. Select Transaction as search type
3. Assign a name on the Search Title field
4. On the Criteria tab> Standard subtab> Filter Column, set the following:
a. Type is any of Sales Order
b. Main Line is true (Yes)
c. System Notes Fields> Field is Document Status
d. System Notes Fields> Type is Change
e. System Notes Fields> Old Value is Pending Approval
f. System Notes Fields> New Value is not Cancelled
g. System Notes Fields> Date is on yesterday
5. On the Results tab> Column subtab, select the fields you wanted exposed on the search
6. On the Email tab> set Send Emails According to Schedule=T, Summarize Scheduled Emails=T, Send if No Results=T or F
7. On the Email tab> Specific Recipients subtab> select the specific recipient of the search results
8. On the Email tab> Schedule subtab> set to Daily Event Repeat every 1 day(s)
9. On the Email tab> Schedule subtab> Series Start Date defaulting to today's date
10. On the Email tab> Schedule subtab> No End Date=T
11. Click Save & Run
