Credit card processing error: "Unfortunately the credit card transaction failed CyberSource requires that a value be specified for the cardholder's email.

 

1)       Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Customers

2)       Click Edit on the customer's record

3)       Add an Email address on the Email Field > Save

4)       Process again the transaction.

 

NOTE: This normally happens with CybersSource. CyberSource requires that a value be specified for the cardholder's email. Please update the transaction to include this value and entry.
