Question/Problem:
Cannot Open NetSuite PDF Documents when Using MAC Machine
Answer/Solution:
1. In your Firefox browser, click Firefox in the main menu at the top of your screen.
2. Click Preferences > Content.
3. Under Applications Content Type > Portable Document Format Action > Use Adobe Reader
This was tested with Mozilla Firefox Version 3.0 on Mac 10.4.11 machine.
