Attach and New File buttons are not available in the Vendor record

User has a custom Role with the following permissions:

- Vendors with permission level equal to Create
- Documents and Files with permission level equal to Full

1. Navigate to Lists > Relationships > Vendors.
2. View any Vendors.
3. Click the Communication tab > Files subtab.

Actual Result: Attach and New File buttons are not available.
Expected Result: Attach and New File buttons are available.

To resolve this, the permission name = Vendors should either be Edit or Full.

1. As Administrator navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
2. Edit the role used by the user
3. In the Permissions tab > Lists subtab
4. Look for the Vendors permission and set the level to either Full or Edit
