Associating Tasks to Existing Customers via CSV

To import Tasks in an existing entity record, create a CSV file with this sample format:


Once done with the CSV file, follow the steps below:

1. Set Up> Import/Export> Import CSV Records
2. Import Type=Activities; Record Type=Tasks; Select the CSV File> Next
3. Data Handling=Update> Next
4. Mapping as below:




Click on Next

5. Enter Import Map Name> Save & Run
6. Click on Import Job Status> Refresh> CSV Import Successful
