Online Bill Pay profile can be modified for an additional user to receive Online Bill Pay email notifications. To do this, navigate to Setup > Accounting > Online Bill Pay. In the Set Up Online Bill Pay screen, add a semi colon after the current email address indicated in the Email field.
This will be done if customer has access to the Online Bill Pay website. If there's an error, send a request letter to include another email address to be part of the Online Bill Pay email notifications and fax it to Metavante (1-877-329-7298).
