Workaround on modifying Table Structure using MS ACCESS

 
1. Open MS Access go to External Data>ODBC Database
2. On Get External Data Window, Select Import the source data into a new table in the current database.
3. On Select Data Source choose NetSuite, and enter the Login credentials.
4. On the Import Objects window, select the approriate Tables. Click Import
5. Open the table after the successful download of tables. Right-click and select Design view.  Table Structure can now be modified.
