Specific Item records will display correctly through the use of a custom saved search published as a search form at the webstore.
1. Creating a Saved Search:
a. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
b. Select Item as the Search Type.
c. Enter a Search Title and check Public.
d. Navigate to the Criteria Tab and add the following filters:
Display in Web Site is true Search Keywords is set to is
e. Navigate to the Available Filters tab and add Search Keywords.
f. Click Save.2. Create a Search Form.
a. Navigate to Lists > Web Site > Publish Forms > New.
b. Select Search Form.
c. Enter a Name and select the saved search created at the Saved Search field.
d. Set the Display in Web Site field checked.
e. At the bottom of the Basic Tab, select the Site and Site Category where this form appears.
f. Click Save.3. Setting the Search Portlet to be used in the Webstore
a. Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site > Search Tab.
b. Under the Search Portlet, select Search Form.
c. Then select the custom search form at Search Link Form and Search Portlet Form Field.
d. Click Save.
Using keywords entered in Item records at the new search will now show the correct item records.
