UPS/Fedex/USPS Shipping Information Such As Carrier Packaging, Dimensions and Other Settings Are Missing from the Packages tab of Item Fulfillments



Symptoms/Details of Business Requirements/Any Additional Information:

  • Customer is shipping via UPS/Fedex/USPS. 
  • Customer is using a UPS/Fedex/USPS shipping method that uses Real time rates.
  • Shipping Label Integration is enabled under Setup > Company > Enable Features.
  • No Integrated Shipping Label box appears on the Item Fulfillment page.
  • The Packages tab only displays limited fields.


Solution/Workaround/Gotcha/Recommendation Details:
 

This is because the shipping method selected does not have Shipping Label Integration checked on the shipping item record.  Please do the following to correct:


1.  Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Shipping Items.

2.  Edit your shipping item by hitting the Edit hyperlink.

3.  Check Shipping Label Integration.

4.  Save.
