Unable to See the Relationship > Partner Subtab in a Transaction using the Advanced Partner Center Role


1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features > CRM > Multi-Partner Management feature is enabled.
2 Navigate to Customization > FormsTransaction Forms > Tabs > Relationship tab is enabled.
3. Under the Lists subtab Partners is also set to show.
4. Log in as Advanced Partner Center role
5. Navigate to Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Orders

Notice that the Partner subtab is not showing and it only appear as a Partner field.

Reason: The way this is designed to work is that partners should NOT see information on other partners or their contributions when viewing customer or transaction records. Only contribution amounts for the logged in partner or their sub-partners will be available. When logged into the APC role, the partner should have access to info on the partner AND their sub-partners.
