Unable to See the New Custom Subtab on a Record

This is the expected behavior if the custom subtab does not contain any field.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Subtabs.

2. Under Item tab, set Title to XYZ and click Add.

3. Click Save.

4. Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items > New > Inventory Item.

Actual Result: Custom XYZ subtab created above is not appearing on the Inventory form.

To resolve:
Create an Item field and assign to the above custom subtab:

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Item Fields > New.

• Enter a Label
• Applies To tab > mark Inventory Items
• Display tab > Subtab = select the custom XYZ subtab > Save.

The subtab will then be visible on the Item record with the associated field.
