Unable to Print UPS International Forms

 

When users are unable to print UPS International Forms via Transactions > Management >Print Check and Forms, consider the possibility that:

  • UPS retrieved an AccessRequest for customer's XML ShipmentConfirmRequest.
  • UPS confirmed that International Form was passed and found out through further investigation that the shipper number within the XML is setup for paperless invoicing. As it is paperless, no form is returned. That being the case, NetSuite is unable generate UPS International Form.
