Unable to Print Records or Transactions

The user is attempting to print a record or transaction. The user is experiencing one of the following symptoms after clicking Print:

  • A blank page is displayed
  • Nothing appears to happen
  • A warning is displayed indicating that the pop-up has been blocked

There are 3 possible solutions for this problem:

1. Adjust pop-up blocker settings to include the following as allowed/safe sites:

  • www.netsuite.com
  • system.netsuite.com
  • system.na1.netsuite.com

2. Use the override/allow temporary pop-ups feature (if available).

3. Disable the pop-up blocker.
