To correct the error message 'The file upload failed. Please try again........ ' when importing an online bank statement in OFX or QFX format, perform the following:
1. Open the file in Quicken/Notepad.
2. Delete the blank lines between transactions and the blank line at the beginning of the file.
3. Save the changes.
4. Re-import the file.
