UK VAT 100 Report boxes only have 0.00 values

Solution/ Explanation:


1. Set the Report by Period preferences to All Reports, by going to Home > Set Preferences > Analytics > Reporting > Report by Period = All Reports > Save. This resolves the problem, but for some users their VAT 100 Reports still have their boxes all set to 0.00, the user then needs to check the following:


2. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Manage Tax Periods.

* If Users run the Vat 100 Report by month, enssure that Base Periods are setup correctly for each Quarter. E.g.

Q1 2014 - should have the Jan 2014, Feb 2014, Mar 2014 periods setup individually.

* If users run VAT 100 Report by Quarter, then ensure that the 'Is Posting' check box is enabled in the Tax Quarter record.
