There is no amount showing in the Inventory Trend Graph or the Amount in the Inventory Trend Graph is not match with the amount in the Balance Sheet.

There is no amount showing in the Inventory Trend Graph or the Amount in the Inventory Trend Graph is not match with the amount in the Balance Sheet.
 
 

Solution/Workaround/Gotcha/Recommendation Details:

 
The KPI trend graphs will only show the activity if the "Inventory" checkbox is checked in the Account Setup.
If the account already in use does not have the Inventory checkbox enabled, how are you going to correct this account.
 
1. Create a New Account and Merge the old account with the Inventory checkbox disabled with the newly created account with the Inventory checkbox enabled.
 
   a. Lists > Accounting > Accounts > New
   b. On the Account screen, fill up the necessary fields
      - Type = Other Current Asset
      - Inventory = T
      - Name = Inventory (New) - you can rename the account late
      - fill up the necessary fields and press on the Save bar
 
2. To Merge the accounts
   a. Lists > Accounting > Accounts > from the list, select the Inventory (with the Inventory = not enabled), press view to open the account
   b. On the account screen, press the Merge bar
   c. In the dropdown, select the new account created from Step #1.
