Subsidiary Logo Does Not Print on Sales Order Form

Problem:

The logo assigned to the subsidiary is not displayed on printed sales order transactions.
 
Notes:
1. Setup > Company > Printing & Fax > Use Location Address on forms is checked.
2. Setup > Company > Locations> Location Name> the logo is applied.
3. Setup > Company > Subsidiaries> Subsidiary Name> the logo is applied.
4. The preferred form has no logo applied.
5. A location is selected in the Sales Order record
 
Perform the steps below to display the logo on printed sales order transactions:

1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Printing & Fax
2. Click the Printing tab.
3. Uncheck the Use Location Address on Forms in the Transactions section,
4. Click Save.
