Standard Marketing Administrator, Marketing Assistant and Marketing Manager Roles Do Not Appear in Manage Roles Page

To resolve this, enable the Marketing Automation feature. 

     1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features.
     
     2. Click the CRM tab.
     
     3. Under Basic Feature section, check Marketing Automation.
     
     4. Click I Agree.
     
     5. Click Save.
