Using Netsuite Japan edition, if users navigate to Setup > Company > Shipping, notice that there is no field for Shipping Integration Carrier though the same field is available to NetSuite US Edition. That being the case, consider the following:
- NetSuite Japan edition only makes use of UPS.
- Checking on Setup > Company > Shipping, observe that under Carrier Registration tab, user may only add UPS account.
Note: Users may attach their case to Enhancement 100062: Support shipping with FedEx account in countries other than US/Canada.
